🕊️ Our hearts go out to everyone impacted by the tragic events taking place in Israel and Gaza. We are thinking of those in our community with loved ones in the region. We pray for peace and a world where everyone can live free from harm and oppression. |
I would like to extend a huge thank you and congratulations to the leadership team and everyone involved in designing and hosting multiple successful DeKalb County Democratic Committee Non-partisan Municipal forums over the past month. It has not been an easy feat to prepare and host these non-partisan forums with all of the candidates, regardless of political affiliation. I can’t say enough about the resiliency of the team that made these forums a reality.
Our forums gave insight into the leadership style and policy positions for candidates from 12 non-partisan municipal elections across DeKalb. I would encourage to watch the recorded event for your local election, share with your networks, and then go vote starting October 16th. Playbacks can be found on our social media platforms as well as on our website here. Thanks again to everyone who made these forums a reality!
Yours in the fight, Brandi Wyche, Chair, DeKalb County Democratic Committee |
